Village Hall looking for an Android Phone

Donate your old phone to the village hall

The Village Hall is looking for a donation of a working Android smartphone to help us take contactless card payments at our upcoming events.

To work with our payment system, the phone needs:

• Android operating system (preferably less than 5 years old)

• Built-in NFC capability (so people can tap their cards/phones on back to pay).

• Working Wi-Fi/Mobile Data and the ability to access email.

• A screen and battery in reasonably good condition.

If you have an old phone gathering dust in a drawer that fits the bill, we would love to give it a second life! Before handing it over, please ensure you have factory reset it and removed any personal accounts. Email, villagehall@sherfieldenglish.net or comment here. Thank you
